International Leadership Association

The Leadership Legacy Committee and Board of Directors of the International Leadership Association (ILA) hat Mansour Javidan has been chosen to receive ILA’s Lifetime Achievement Award. This award honors individuals who have made a significant lifetime contribution to the field of leadership through their published works and influential support of leadership knowledge and practice. Each honoree is presented with the award and has their work celebrated at ILA’s annual global conference. After the conference, recipients are added to the ILA Virtual Hall of Fame.

Insight Grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada
The GLOBE team is proud to announce that we have been selected to receive an Insight Grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada in order to pursue the next phase of GLOBE research, entitled, “Buffering the Suffering & Driving the Thriving in the New World of Work: A Study of How Societal Context Affects Key Work-Life Outcomes around the Globe”. GLOBE is delighted to announce that two leading members of our GLOBE Phase 4 Principals team, Peter Dorfman and Mansour Javidan, are among the top 100 most influential authors in Organizational Behaviour literature according to a new study in the Academy of Management Learning and Education Journal.
